FAQS

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚Do you take custom orders?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

No, I don’t take custom orders. Every piece I make is freehanded and designed organically, without patterns. This means I don’t take requests. My creations are one-of-a-kind and available in limited drops.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚Will you ever restock a sold-out piece?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

Most of my designs are one-of-a-kind, but if a piece gets a lot of interest, there’s always a chance I’ll restock it. However, even if I bring a design back, it might have slight differences, as I never follow exact patterns.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚How long does it take to make a piece?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

It depends on the complexity of the design. Some smaller pieces take a few days, while highly detailed ones, like jumpers or intricate bags, can take weeks. Since I work alone, everything is handmade with care, not rushed.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚ Where do you ship to?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

For now, I'm only shipping within Europe. In the future, I plan to expand to worldwide shipping. Stay tuned for updates!

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚ How can I purchase a piece?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

All available pieces will be listed on my website. Since I work on a small scale, I release my creations in limited drops. If you want updates on new releases, follow me on Instagram: @foxxiegs.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚ When will the next drop be?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

I don’t work on a strict schedule since every piece takes time to make. I announce upcoming drops on my Instagram, so that’s the best place to stay updated.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚ Do you sell patterns or tutorials?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

No, I don’t create patterns or tutorials. My work is completely freehand, and each piece is one of a kind. If you’d like to support my art, the best way is by purchasing my original work.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚ Can I recreate or sell your designs?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

It’s totally okay to recreate my designs for your own personal use. I love inspiring you to make something for yourself.
But please don’t sell, share, create tutorials or patterns, or distribute my work as your own. Every one of my pieces are original, handmade creation that takes time, heart, and a lot of work and patience to make.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚ What materials do you use?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

I use a variety of yarns, but I prefer not to disclose my sources due to sustainability concerns. My focus is on creating high-quality, long-lasting pieces rather than fast fashion.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚ What size are your pieces?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

Each piece is handmade and varies in size. I provide measurements in product descriptions to help you determine if a piece will fit you. Since crochet has natural stretch, some items can accommodate multiple sizes.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚ Do you offer gift packaging?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

All my pieces are carefully packed, but I currently don’t offer special gift packaging. If you’re ordering as a gift and need something specific, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚What is your return/exchange policy?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

Due to the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within a reasonable time frame, and I’ll do my best to help.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚ How do I care for my crochet piece?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

Each piece is unique, and care instructions may vary depending on the materials used. I will send specific care instructions with each order, but here are some general guidelines:

  • Hand wash only in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid harsh soaps or fabric softeners.
  • Do not wring or twist the piece, as this can cause stretching or distortion.
  • Lay flat to dry on a towel, reshaping it if necessary. Avoid hanging, as this can cause stretching.
  • Store properly - keep your crochet piece in a cool, dry place. Folding is preferred over hanging to maintain its shape.
  • Avoid excessive friction, especially for textured or delicate designs. Some yarns are more prone to pilling, so handle with care.
  • If a piece includes special details (like beads, appliqués, or layered textures), follow any additional care instructions included in your order.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚ Are your pieces fragile? What if mine gets damaged?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

Crochet is naturally delicate, and my pieces are highly detailed, which means they require proper care to maintain their shape and longevity. While they are wearable and functional, they can be prone to snags, pulls, or stretching over time, just like any handmade textile.

If your piece gets damaged, you can often fix small issues by carefully sewing loose threads back in place or reinforcing weakened areas with a simple needle and thread. I currently don’t offer repair services, but I’m happy to provide guidance if you need help fixing minor damage. Treat your piece with care, and it will last a long time!

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚Can I request a colour or design for future drops?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

I don’t take custom requests, but I love hearing what people are interested in! If there’s a specific style or colourway you’d like to see in future drops, feel free to send a message or comment on my posts. I might take inspiration from popular requests.

‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚How can I stay updated on new drops?‧₊˚🕷‧₊˚

The best way to stay updated is by following me on Instagram: @foxxiegs. I post behind-the-scenes looks, work-in-progress shots, and announcements for upcoming releases.
