1. Choose Your Item

• Explore the available designs and select the one that speaks to you.
• Each piece is handmade from scratch, meaning no two items will ever be identical.
• Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in shape and texture may occur, making each item even more special!

2. Check Availability

• To ensure quality and avoid overwhelming myself with orders, I release a limited number of slots per month (usually 3-4).
• If there are slots open, you can place an order immediately!
• If slots are full, you’ll see a next restock date when new slots will open again.

3. Place Your Order

• Once you’ve chosen your item, add it to the cart and proceed to checkout.
• After purchasing, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details.
• Your order is now in my queue, and I’ll begin working on it as soon as possible!

4. Handmade Processing Time

Each item is handmade by me, and the processing time depends on the design:

⟢ New or Less Popular Designs:

• If your order is a new design or a piece that isn’t in high demand, it will take less time to ship, since it's 'Ready to Ship'.

Estimated processing time: 1-2 weeks before shipping.

 

 

⟢ High-Demand / Trendy Bags (e.g., Heart-Shaped Bag, Mossy Bags, Eyeball Bag, etc.):

These designs have a longer queue due to their popularity.

• Estimated processing time: 3-7 weeks before shipping.

I work on multiple orders at a time, so processing times may slightly vary.
You will receive email updates when your order is in progress and when it is ready to be shipped.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Once your item is finished, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• I currently ship only within Europe, but I plan to expand worldwide in the future.
• Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch.
• Please be aware that I am not responsible for customs fees or shipping delays caused by postal services.

6. What If Orders Are Full?

If my order slots are full, don’t worry! I restock regularly.
