1. Choose Your Item
- Explore the available designs and select the one that speaks to you.
- Each piece is handmade from scratch, meaning no two items will never be identical.
- Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in shape and texture may occur, making each item even more special!
2. Check Availability
- To ensure quality and avoid overwhelming myself with orders, I release a limited number of slots per month (usually 3-5).
- If there are slots open, you can place an order immediately!
- If slots are full, youβll see a next restock date when new slots will open again.
3. Place Your Order
- Once youβve chosen your item, add it to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- After purchasing, youβll receive an order confirmation email with all the details.
- Your order is now in my queue, and Iβll begin working on it as soon as possible!
4. Handmade Processing Time
Each item is handmade by me, and the processing time depends on the design:

- If your order is a new design or a piece that isnβt in high demand, it will take less time to ship, since it's 'Ready to Ship'.
Estimated processing time: 3-5 days before shipping.

β’ High-Demand / Trendy Bags (e.g., Heart-Shaped Bag, Mossy Bags, Eyeball Bag, etc.):
These designs have a longer queue due to their popularity.
- Estimated processing time: 3-7 weeks before shipping.
I work on multiple orders at a time, so processing times may slightly vary.
You will receive email updates when your order is in progress and when it is ready to be shipped.
PS: It takes 3-7 weeks if you request an order on certain items, which means making from scratch.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Once your item is finished, youβll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Delivery times varies based on your location.
- Please be aware that I am not responsible for customs fees or shipping delays caused by postal services.
6. What if orders are full?
If my order slots are full, donβt worry! I restock regularly.
