The Ribcage Bag is part wearable anatomy, part soft horror, crocheted ribs wrapped around raw space, like you tore them straight from a sketchbook of your insides.
Design Details:
Sculpted Ribs: Ribcage was already pre-made for a previous project that I ended up not using. It's repurposed into a new piece.
Veins & Gaps: Open spaces peek through the cage, just enough to make it feel like a dissection you can sling over your shoulder.
Raw Texture: Visible stitches and imperfect edges on purpose, it’s supposed to feel a little unsettling, a little too real.
Materials: Acrylic and cotton yarns, with polyester velvet yarn for the veins texture.
Care: Spot clean only and check the care section for how to keep your stitches strong. Do not machine wash.
